THE LUNATIC DONALD TRUMP AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL BACKSPACE (O MALUCO DO DONALD TRAMP E O RETROCESSO AMBIENTAL)

After decades of meetings and discussion on the planet's environmental course, finally in 2015 at the Paris meeting, the two largest global polluters, the United States and China, and 195 countries signed a treaty with the commitment to reduce CO2 emissions  Aiming at reducing the risks of increasing the temperature of the planet. These discussions began in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1972, they advanced to Rio 92, Kyoto in 98, Rio +20 in 2012, and finally Paris. After all agreed and signed, the new American president, fulfills what he promised in his campaign: to get the United States out of the Paris agreement. The president of the world's greatest power, prepontent and arrogant, both in his posture and in his speech, fully believes that the world revolves around the United States and that his decision becomes law for all of us, dependence on this nation. The hope now lies in the positioning of state governors who can take an independent stance taken by Donald Trump. These agreements are extremely important considering that only the joint actions of the countries, especially the biggest polluters, will save the planet from a future climatic catastrophe. With each passing year a new record of temperature is beaten and the average melting of the polar caps increases, flooding several coastal regions. Trump claims that it allocates many resources to the global climate fund, but he forgets that his country is a major cause of this problem that affects not only the United States but the entire planet. But we have to look at the positive side of it all. It is possible for the world to wake up and realize that we can survive without this chronic dependence on the United States, that there is life beyond the sea. We can not allow ourselves to succumb to a  arrogant dictator who really owns the world by breaking treaties at his pleasure, thinking that everyone exploits his country, and that in practice we know that the opposite is true. It is easy to see that the president who paints and brushes his hair is not acting as a true president but playing as president, threatening everyone around him.

Após décadas de reuniões e discussão sobre os rumos ambientais do planeta, finalmente em 2015, no encontro de Paris, os dois maiores poluidores globais, Estados Unidos e China, e mais 195 países, assinaram um tratado com o comprometimento da redução da emissão de CO2 visando a redução dos riscos de aumento da temperatura do planeta. Estas discussões tiveram inicio em Estocolmo, na Suécia, em 1972, avançaram para a Rio 92, Kioto em 98, a Rio +20 em 2012 e finalmente, Paris. Após tudo acertado e assinado, o novo presidente americano, cumpre o que prometeu em sua campanha: tirar os Estados Unidos do acordo de Paris.  O presidente da maior potêncial mundial, prepotente e arrogante, tanto na postura quanto na sua forma de discursar, acredita totalmente que o mundo gira em torno dos Estados Unidos e que a sua decisão passa a ser lei para todos nós, reles mortais que criamos uma dependência econômica e comercial em relação a esta nação. A esperança agora está no posicionamento dos governadores de Estado que podem assumir uma postura independente da tomada pelo Donald Trump. Estes acordos são extremamente importantes considerando que apenas as ações conjuntas dos países, principalmente os maiores poluidores, salvarão o planeta de uma futura catastrofe climática. A cada ano que passa um novo recorde de temperatura é batido e o derretimento médio das calotas polares aumenta, inundando várias regiões litorâneas. Trump alega que destina muitos recursos para o fundo mundial do clima, mas esquece que o seu país é um dos principais causadores deste problema que afeta não apenas os Estados Unidos, mas todo o planeta. Mas, temos que analisar o lado positivo disto tudo. É possível que o mundo acorde e perceba que podemos sobreviver sem esta dependência crônica dos Estados Unidos, que existe vida além mar. Não podemos nos deixar sucumbir a um ditador louco, prepotente, arrogante e que realmente se acha dono do mundo rompendo tratados a seu bel prazer, achando que todos exploram o seu país e que, na prática sabemos que ocorre exatamente o contrário.  É fácil perceber que aquele presidente que pinta e faz escova no cabelo não está agindo como um verdadeiro presidente mas brincando de ser presidente, ameaçando a todos ao seu redor.
